Look Good Feel Better

This is a layout about a program that my Mom took part in while at the cancer clinic in Kelowna BC in July 2012. Women who are fighting cancer can take part in this evening of education and beauty.  Mom was one of about 12 ladies that evening, and the volunteers provided them with a kit of all sorts of beauty products from face cream to mascara.  The education part is how to take care of your skin when it is battered by the horrible drugs they had to endure during their cancer battles, and encouraging that the patients to take time to make themselves look good which in turn helps the patient feel better.  A wonderful program and Mom had such a wonderful evening with all of the ladies.  It couldn't have been timed better either, as Mom had her 72nd birthday while there. The papers are from an old Club Scrap kit.

Have a SCRAPtastic day!
