It's Christmas in July!!

Hi Everyone!  Thanks for stopping by my Blog today!

Well here we are with Challenge #13 for Just A Scrappin'!  For this challenge we needed to make a Christmas project using black, white, pink & one other color, so I chose green!

Gather your supplies:

Black card base 4 1/2" x 6 1/4"
Pink CS - 4" x 5 3/4"
White CS - 2 3/4" x 3 1/2"
Green CS - 3 x 3 3/4"
CTMH - Gold embossing powder
Snowflake Cuttlebug Folder
CTMH - White Daisy pigment ink
CTMH - VersaMark Embossing & Watermark Ink
CTMH - Black Ink
CTMH - Olive Ink
CTMH - B1390 Countdown Stamp Set
CTMH - Foam Tape
Stampin' Up - 128146 Christmas Deer
Stampin' Up - Embossing Buddy

Place the pink cs into the embossing folder and run through the Vagabond, then lay it onto a flat surface and glide the white pigment ink over the pink cs to highlight the snowflakes.  You will need to let this dry for several hours or dry with heat tool because you're using pigment ink.  Once dry cut the piece down the center vertically and horizontally then apply to your card base spacing them equally apart from each other and the card edges.

Stamp the deer with black ink and let dry for a few minutes.  Rub the image with an embossing buddy, to help stop the embossing powder from sticking in the wrong places, then stamp the ornaments into his antlers with Versa Mark embossing ink.  Cover the embossing ink with gold embossing powder, tap off the excess and heat to set the powder.  Stamp the Christmas sentiment with CTMH Olive ink.  Mat the deer with the green CS then mount over the pink onto the card front using foam tape pieces.

I hope you enjoy my project and don't forget to enter your own projects into the challenges on the Just A Scrappin' Blog!
Have a SCRAPtastic day!
